St. George’s University (SGU), Grenada, is the largest provider of new doctors to the US healthcare system.*. The university has a diverse student body, graduates and faculty from over 150 countries, providing a truly international experience.

SGU has a four-year Doctor of Medicine degree program or offers five-, six-, and seven-year Medical Degree Tracks with entry points available for students from any education system around the world. In addition, SGU has a network of 75+ affiliated hospitals and health centres in the US and UK. Students can begin their medical career in Grenada, India or the UK.

The exciting partnership between NCUK and SGU provides NCUK students with a progression route to study the 5-Year Medical Degree Track upon successful completion of the NCUK International Foundation Year Medicine Pathway.

Student Life at St. George's University

SGU’s International Students Office (ISO) provides a wide range of assistance and resources to new and returning students to ensure they are well settled on campus. Both the university and Grenada offer a variety of dining and food shopping options on- and off-campus.

On the campus the main form of travel is by the University bus taking students within and outside the campus. Students can take advantage of over 65 student organisations centred on different areas of student life including cultural, religious, social, academic, professional, and community service.
