Our role is supportive and advisory. While we guide and assist students throughout the process, final decisions regarding admission, progression, assessment, and visas are made by the respective institutions and authorities.
2. Use of Our Services
Our services are available to students who meet the academic, language, and eligibility requirements set by MIE Pathways and our partner institutions.
By using our services, you agree to:

- •Maintaining required attendance and academic performance
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in application rejection or withdrawal of services.
5. Fees and Payments
Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before payment.

- •Partner institutions may change their fees at any time
- •Payment of fees does not guarantee admission or progression

All admission and progression decisions are made solely by partner institutions.
Progression to the next level depends on meeting:

- •English language proficiency standards
MIE Pathways is not responsible for non-progression if institutional criteria are not met.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the MIE Pathways website, including text, logos, graphics, and materials, belongs to MIE Pathways unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
