NCUK, a leading provider of international study pathways, has partnered with Swansea University. This expands opportunities for students aspiring to study abroad.
The collaboration allows NCUK students to progress into this university’s prestigious academic degrees. These programmes are recognised for their focus on research and teaching excellence.
A historic institution with global recognition
Swansea University, established in 1920, is a leading higher education institution in Wales. It ranks among the top 300 universities globally and top 100 in Europe ( QS World University Rankings 2025 ).
The university boasts a 95% graduate employment rate (HESA 2023), preparing students for successful careers. Its scenic coastal location and status as the UK’s 7th safest city (Complete University Guide 2024) attract many international students.

Enhanced opportunities for NCUK students
Through this partnership, students from NCUK’s International Foundation Year and International Year One programmes can progress to Swansea University. They can choose from fields such as Accounting & Finance, Business Management, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, and Events Management.
These pathways include an English for Academic Purposes (EAP) course. This course helps students prepare effectively for academic success.
